The Bim2Boq application is a part of Revit add-inA400-Rtools.
The application's main purpose is extracting automatically a Bill Of Quantities (BOQ) from a Revit model according to a user-defined group of measuring rules.
Bim2Boq is designed to support Architecture, Structural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring users can seamlessly quantify elements across all project domains.
The measuring rules are built over a parser that allows users to create articles by accessing the information in the elements.
How it works:
Define measuring rules for each category (same process as Revit schedules)
Customize the article's description using element parameters
Select the elements and create the BOQ
Import other articles not in the model
Create revisions from previous versions
Configure the exportation to match your work template
